Fried beans
Beans are deboned and cut into 5 cm long sections. Relax the oil in the pot, add the beans to the oil at a temperature of 60% and fry with low fire until the surface shrinks into a tiger skin. Take out the oil control.
Stir up meat foam
The oil in the pot is 40% hot. After frying the pepper with low fire, add the meat and stir-fry it with ginger, garlic and dried pepper, and stir-fry the fragrance. Adding cooking wine to remove fishy smell and enhance fragrance. Stir-fry the sprouts.
Stir-fried beans
Add beans, chicken essence, salt and seasoning. Stir-fry evenly.
