There are five taboos for drinking tea:
Avoid poor sealing, humid climate or environment, resulting in damp and moldy;
Avoid mixing with other items. Tea easily absorbs the taste of other things, resulting in a bad taste. If it is not stored with cigarettes, wine, spices, non-staple food, mosquito-repellent incense, cosmetics, Chinese and western medicines and all kinds of dry food;
Avoid long-term illumination;
Avoid long-term exposure to high temperature environment;
Avoid direct exposure to air without sealing;
Therefore, tea should be stored in a dry, clean, dark, low temperature and closed environment. Traditionally, tin cans, iron cans, porcelain cans, quicklime and activated carbon are sealed and preserved.
