method of work
1, ginger, garlic and millet pepper (1:1:1) are chopped for later use.
2. Boil kelp in water for about 10 minutes, and remove cold water for later use.
3. Put soy sauce, vinegar, salt, monosodium glutamate and sugar in a bowl. I have 800 grams of kelp here, with three spoonfuls of soy sauce and vinegar, and two-thirds spoonfuls of salt, monosodium glutamate and sugar.
4. Pour the seasoning prepared in the previous step into the kelp, and put the ginger and garlic on the kelp. Add oil to the hot pot. After the oil is boiled, turn off the fire, add the millet pepper to fry, and pour the Chili oil on the kelp. Just stir. I like to eat cold food, so it's served after being refrigerated for one night. It tastes better!
