Dry sea cucumber foaming method
Dry sea cucumber foam method is as follows:

Materials/Tools: dry sea cucumber, clear water, basin, scissors, plastic wrap, pot, chopsticks, refrigerator.

1, put the dry sea cucumber bought home into a water-free and oil-free basin, add a proper amount of purified water, gently scrub and clean the floating ash on the surface of the sea cucumber.

2. Put the sea cucumber in the pot, add a proper amount of purified water, and the water should not exceed the height of sea cucumber 10 cm, and then put the pot in the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator (it is best to set the refrigerator temperature at 3-5 degrees). The first soaking takes 2 days and 2 nights, during which the water needs to be changed 4 times and every 8- 12 hours. Note: There should be no impurities in the water during foaming.

3. After 2 days and 2 nights of soaking, the sea cucumber will grow to 2.5-3 times the size of dry sea cucumber. Next, let's deal with the sea cucumber again, and cut it up and down along the small mouth on the stomach of the sea cucumber. At one end of the sea cucumber, there is a protruding part, which is white inside. This is the sand mouth of the sea cucumber. It needs to be removed and washed with pure water.

4. After cutting the sea cucumber, you can see that there are white tendons in the belly of the sea cucumber. It should be noted that this white tendon has high nutritional value, so don't pick it up and throw it away. You need to cut this white tendon into three sections with scissors, which is beneficial to the soaking of sea cucumber.

5. Take a water-free and oil-free cauldron with good thermal insulation, put the sea cucumber into the cauldron, then add enough purified water until the water is less than sea cucumber 10 cm, cover the lid, boil over high fire, then turn to low heat for 30-40 minutes to cook the sea cucumber. (Hold the sea cucumber in the middle with chopsticks, and the two ends of the sea cucumber naturally droop, which proves that the sea cucumber is cooked. Don't take out the sea cucumber after cooking, stew it in the pot and let it cool naturally.

6. Put the cooled sea cucumber into a pot, add enough purified water, and continue to soak for 2 days and 2 nights, during which the water is changed 4 times and every 8- 12 hours.

7. Pack the soaked sea cucumbers individually with plastic wrap or sea cucumber bags and store them in the refrigerator.
