Qualification levels are divided into three levels: Class A, Class B, and Class C.
Among them, Grade A prevention and control organizations meet the following conditions:
1. Hold a legal person business license or legal person certificate;
2. Engage in forestry after obtaining Grade B qualifications More than 3 years of pest control;
3. No less than 5 intermediate and senior forestry technicians with more than 5 years of experience in forestry pest control, including more than 2 senior forestry technicians; < /p>
3. Have more than 30 forestry pest controllers, including no less than 15 intermediate and above forestry pest controllers, and no less than 5 senior forestry pest controllers;
4. Have technical equipment and places for the investigation, monitoring, sampling and prevention of forestry pests such as computers, cameras, biological microscopes, dissecting mirrors, handheld global positioners, eradication equipment, prevention and control vehicles, and pharmaceutical equipment warehouses p>
5. In the past three years, on average, more than one major forestry pest control project such as pine wood nematode and Mikania micrantha has been completed each year, or more than one project with a single fund of more than 1 million yuan.
?A Grade B prevention and control organization should meet the following conditions:
1. Hold a legal person business license or legal person certificate;
2. Engage in work after obtaining Grade C qualification More than 2 years of forestry pest control;
3. No less than 2 intermediate and senior forestry technicians with more than 3 years of experience in forestry pest control, including more than 1 senior forestry technician;
4. Have more than 15 forestry pest controllers, including no less than 7 intermediate and above forestry pest controllers, and no less than 2 senior forestry pest controllers;
5. Be equipped with technical equipment for the investigation, monitoring, sampling and prevention of forest pests such as computers, cameras, biological microscopes, dissecting mirrors, handheld global positioners, eradication equipment, prevention and control vehicles, etc.;
< p> 6. In the past two years, on average, more than one major forestry pest control project such as pine wood nematode and Mikania micrantha has been completed every year(3) Class C prevention and control organizations should meet the following conditions:

2. At least 1 intermediate forestry technician with experience in forestry pest control work;
3 . Have more than 5 forestry pest controllers, including at least 1 intermediate and above forestry pest controller;
4. Have computers, cameras, handheld global positioners, removal and control equipment, Technical equipment for the investigation, monitoring, sampling and prevention of forestry pests such as prevention and control vehicles.
