Cold konjac shreds
Making materials:
Main ingredient: 150g konjac
Accessory ingredients: 100g cucumber, 50g enoki mushroom,
Seasoning: 5 grams of soy sauce, 3 grams of sesame oil, 3 grams of white vinegar
Method:
1. Cut konjac into shreds;
2 . Wash the enoki mushrooms and konjac shreds, blanch them in boiling water, drain and set aside;
3. Wash and shred the cucumbers, put them in a bowl, add white vinegar, stir them, take them out and use them. Rinse with cold boiled water, drain and set aside;
4. Put all the konjac shreds, enoki mushrooms and cucumbers into a bowl, add soy sauce and sesame oil, stir evenly, and serve.
