After pouring out the boiling water, wash the pot repeatedly from the inside out with detergent again, and you can see the water that will not turn black again when cleaning for the second time. After cleaning the pan, dry all the water on the pan with special kitchen paper.
Step 3: Turn on the small fire pot to heat it, then pour in more cooking oil, pick up the pot and shake it, so that the oil can fully wet every part of the pot. Then pour off the excess oil, put the fat pork prepared in advance into the pot for refining, wipe the pot repeatedly, turn off the fire in time when the pot is slightly hot and smoky (to avoid burning the pot and pasting it), wipe it slightly after it is slightly cool, and repeat for 3 times.
Step 4: Wash the pan with warm water, dry the water with kitchen paper, brush a layer of cooking oil in the pan to make the pan form an oil film and let it stand for 12 hours, and the pan is finished.
It is normal for the iron pan to change color after opening, but a thin layer of iron on the surface is oxidized into ferroferric oxide, which is blue, and ferroferric oxide is a dense oxide film. It is this blue color that proves that this pot is really made of pure iron. Blue vegetable oil can be cured without harmful substances. Please don't use steel balls and hard objects when cleaning the new pot. Try to clean it with a scouring pad.
