How to make seafood mushroom spaghetti with seafood mushroom, bacon and cheese
Ingredients

100g of seared shiitake mushrooms, 100g of spaghetti, 100g of bacon, 2 slices of cheese, 80mL of milk, 2 sliced garlic cloves, cracked black pepper, salt, and a little olive oil. The oil can be replaced by peanut oil.

How to do

1, seafood mushrooms soaked in salted water, cleaned, blanched in boiling water for 2 minutes, drained and ready to use. The pasta is boiled for about 8 minutes, then cooled and drained until ready to use.

2, bacon cut into your favorite size, with the pan gently scalded a few times, so that 2 sides are golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside. This step can also be omitted.

3. Heat the oil in a wok, sauté the garlic, stir-fry the seared mushrooms for a few seconds, then add the bacon and continue to stir-fry.

4: Add 40ML of milk to the pan and cook the mushrooms and bacon over low heat until they are about 8 minutes old. If you skipped step 2, cook the bacon for 1 or 2 minutes longer.

5. Add the spaghetti to the pan and cook over low heat, stirring, then pour in the remaining 40ML of milk and cook the cheese until melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Tips

If you like strong cheese, add an extra slice of cheese or sprinkle it with KRAFT cheese powder.
