Ingredients: 200g pepper;
Accessories: oil, salt and soy sauce.
Fried pepper
1. Wash and slice Zanthoxylum bungeanum for later use.
Step 2 drain the oil from the hot pot
3. Pour in the pepper slices and stir fry.
4. Add some water.
5. Stir-fry until almost cooked, add some soy sauce.
6. Season with salt.
