Practice of sesame lotus root strips
Material assembly drawing:
1. Peel and shred the lotus root and soak it in white vinegar for a few minutes.
2. Boil half a pot of water, add lotus root strips and cook for about half a minute.
3. Dice the garlic and cut the onion.
4. Beat the eggs well, add less salt and starch water and mix well.
5. Dip the lotus root into the egg liquid and stick some white sesame seeds.
