Method for soaking sea cucumber in hair
Step 1
Soaking: Simply clean the dry sea cucumber, put it into an oil-free covered container, and inject clear water until the sea cucumber is not enough. Cover the container and put it in the refrigerator. Note: 1 The container of sea cucumber must be oil-free. It is best to use pure water for water, even if there is no running water. Change fresh water every 12 hours.
Second step
Cleaning: 2-3 days from the date of soaking until the ginseng is elastic. Cut the sand mouth with scissors and wash the sediment in the abdomen with clear water (there is not much sediment in the cavity of Stichopus japonicus in South America, who knows whether it is wild or captive? )。 Note: 1 Depending on the size of sea cucumber, it takes different time to soak until the body becomes soft. The sea cucumber I bought took 3 days to get the picture effect. During the cleaning process, pay attention to keeping the intima and tendon in the abdominal cavity.
Third step
Cleaning: During this process, remove the sand nozzle.
Fourth step
Cooking: after cleaning, inject clean water, put it into a steamer, cover it (note: don't cover the lid to prevent the pressure of the container from being too high), and steam it in water. Turn the fire on and turn it off for 20 minutes.
Step five
Cooking: Turn off the fire after steaming and wait for the container to cool naturally for 4-5 hours. Check whether the sea cucumber is cooked: as shown in the figure, if it is elastic enough, it means it is good. The softness or elasticity is not enough, so it needs to be steamed again, and the time is about 10 minute according to the situation. Note: In summary of practice, cooking is the key step, and whether cooking is in place will affect the growth of sea cucumber. Cooking will affect the taste of sea cucumber after swelling. If it is not cooked enough, the sea cucumber will not rise in place at last, which will of course affect the taste.
Step 6
Ice hair: cooked sea cucumber, naturally cooled, put in ice cubes and put in the refrigerator. Note: Ice hair is also the key. After cooking, the zero-degree environment can ensure the normal growth of sea cucumbers. Replenish ice cubes immediately, and change water and new ice cubes every day.
Step 7
Ice hair: Fully cooked sea cucumber is also full and rapid in the ice hair stage. This is a sea cucumber after a day of ice hair, which is obviously a lot fatter ~
Step 8
Foaming is completed: the sea cucumber basically develops well after 2-3 days of ice hair. This is the effect of the third day of ice hair, and the sea cucumber is already very elastic and soft. If you want something soft, you can soak it for another day, depending on your personal preference. Note: Don't freeze for too long, which will not only affect the taste of sea cucumber, but also cause sea cucumber to shrink. The prepared sea cucumber can be wrapped in plastic wrap alone and put in the refrigerator or refrigerated. Frozen sea cucumber will be eaten within 3 days.
