There is a custom in my hometown to kill a pig every year, pickle bacon and make sausages. Even if you don't have a pig, you have to buy some meat from your friends and relatives who kill the pig or from the meat stalls on the street. Whether the family is rich or poor, more or less will have some wax goods.
The trunk of the car was full of all kinds of waxed products on the way back from New Year's Eve. Mom and Dad have a strong affection for some of these waxy goods. Dried radish stewed wax pig's trotters production method

Operating points
1, wax pig's trotters are still relatively salty you can soak in advance, change the water diligently can remove the salty taste.
