Practice steps
1, divide the flour into two parts; One part is crispy noodles (noodles: oil = 1: 1), and the other part is water surface formed by crispy water (noodles: oil: water = 10:2:5), then the crispy noodles and the water surface are mixed together and kneaded into crispy noodles.
2. Roll the cake into a rectangle, cut it into 5 cm square dough, put durian stuffing in the middle, knead it into an oval shape, and cut out even durian horns with scissors to form a green body.
3. Put the blank into an oil pan at 120℃ and fry it slowly with low fire. When the green body is ripe, it floats to the oil surface, takes it out, and sucks off the grease with a napkin.
