Preparation materials:
Chili pepper, sugar, salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, vinegar, onion, garlic
Method:
1 , wash the peppers.
2. Chop it into pieces. It is recommended to wear gloves to avoid burning your hands. Cut them all and put them in a container.
3. Put minced green onions and minced garlic on top.
4. Heat the oil and pour it on.
5. Add salt, sugar, chicken essence, soy sauce and vinegar. There is a little more salt than usual.
6. Mix well, cover and refrigerate. It can be taken out and eaten after more than eight hours. Steamed buns or noodles are both good.
