Coix Seed Soup is from Qing Dynasty Lin Peiqin's "Classical Evidence and Treatment", which is designed for the treatment of cold-damp paralysis. It is composed of Coix Seed, Ephedra, Cinnamon, Qiangwu, Duhong, Chuanxiong, Chuanwu, Angelica, Cangzhu, Glycyrrhiza glabra, Ginger, and Fenghuang. It is effective in the clinical treatment of paralysis. However, this formula does have another new use in practice, I do not take the liberty of discussing the experience of treating fever with it as follows.

One, low fever

Low fever, the cause is complicated, the patient is quite a lot. In the early seventies, I met a patient with low-grade fever and was off work for more than two years, taking Chinese and Western medicines, and his condition was the same as before. Drugs: 30 grams of raw coix seed, 6 grams of ephedra, 10 grams of cinnamon, 10 grams of qiangwu, 10 grams of duhu, 10 grams of chuanxiong, 10 grams of chuanwu, 12 grams of angelica, 12 grams of atractylodes macrocephala, 10 grams of licorice, 10 grams of ginger, and 10 grams of antifungal, three doses.

Reconsultation: after taking one dose of the medicine, the joint pain and heaviness improved, and the low-grade fever subsided. After taking three doses, the low-grade fever did not come back. The remaining symptoms are also reduced.

Second, high fever

Coix seed soup can not only cure low fever, but also high fever. Drugs: 30 grams of raw coix seed, 6 grams of ephedra, 10 grams of cinnamon sticks, 10 grams of qiangwu, 10 grams of dugong, 10 grams of chuanxiong, 12 grams of angelica, 15 grams of atractylodes macrocephala, 10 grams of glycyrrhiza, 10 grams of wind, 10 grams of patchouli, 6 grams of kojic acid, 10 grams of the system of Chuanwu, two doses. August 10th follow-up: only one dose of medication, the heat and pain subsided, and the disappearance of all the symptoms, and the speedy healing.

Experience
