Stuffed Bean Curd

Tofu 300g, pork 100g, pepper, salt, mushroom 80g, soy sauce, green onion, MSG, starch.
Making steps:
1, prepare the northern tofu, rinse the tofu with water. Drain the water. You don't need to prepare tender tofu, just use regular northern tofu.
2, pork with minced, preferably fat and lean pork. If you have a blender at home, you can also use a blender to do, than with a knife to chop it can be much more convenient. The more you chop, the better.
3, Shiitake mushrooms, remove the tip, washed and squeezed dry after the water, of course, if you like to eat some other side dishes can also be prepared, such as carrots, cucumbers, shrimp and so on can be. After washing the mushrooms, cut into small pieces, cut the more crushed the better, cut into mushrooms.
4. Add the minced pork, chopped mushrooms, pepper, green onion (finely chopped in advance), soy sauce, and salt to taste.
5: Cut the tofu into small pieces and hollow out the center of the tofu with a spoon. But be careful not to dig through the tofu, dig out a square piece of mouth, like the following picture of me in this state can be. Don't make it too thin, or the filling will leak. Put the filling into the tofu.
6. In a pan, heat the oil, place the tofu with the filling side down, and slowly fry the tofu over low heat until golden brown.
7. When the tofu is almost done, flip it over. Continue frying until golden brown.
8, prepare a small bowl, add a small amount of salt, pepper, soy sauce, cornstarch, monosodium glutamate and water to taste.
9, pour the sauce back into the pot and shake the pan. Cook the soup until it thickens. Let the flavor of the soup penetrate into the tofu on the inside. When it's done, serve it and put it inside the plate and eat it. Do not cook for too long, if the tofu is soft, it will be stewed and the filling will leak out.
Tips:
1. Pan-fry the tofu over low heat, and be careful not to break the tofu when you turn it.
2, this meat filling can be based on their own like to eat a variety of modulation, like to eat vegetarian filling is also OK, do out of the flavor is not bad.
