Red bean paste 1 packet (12 OZ)
Sugar 1 cup (CUP)
Salad oil 1 cup (CUP)
Flour dough
Water-ground glutinous rice flour 1 cup
Sugar 2 tablespoons (TABLE SPOON)
Artichoke greens 1 small handful

Wash the red beans, add 7 cups of water and boil in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes.
Pour out the excess broth and use a large rice spoon to break the beans into sand.
Place 1 cup of salad oil in a frying pan and add the bean paste and 1 cup of sugar.
Stir-fry the beans over medium heat until the beans are reduced to a ball.
Ching Ming Dumplings
Chop a small handful of artemisia into a food blender and add a little water to make artemisia juice.
Mix glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour and sugar.
Heat the artemisia juice in the microwave for 30 seconds, until it is slightly hot.
Pour the artemisia juice into the flour and knead to form a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into small balls, each about 3 centimeters in diameter.
Shape the bean paste into balls slightly smaller than the dough.
Shape the dough into a small bowl, add the bean paste, close the mouth and flatten it slightly.
Steam on high heat for 20 minutes.
