1/7Prepare the ingredients, and clean the mushroom briefly.
2/7Boil the chicken pieces in a pot of cold water, then remove and rinse and drain.
3/7Soak the bamboo fungus in lightly salted water for half an hour.
4/7Put the chicken pieces, mushrooms and ginger into a pot, add the right amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
5/7 Remove the root and head of the soaked bamboo fungus, take the center part and cut it into segments.
6/7The bamboo fungus is easy to cook, add bamboo fungus and wolfberries 20 minutes before turning off the heat.
7/7Add salt before serving.
Tips
Dried bamboo fungus should be soaked in lightly salted water for 10 minutes before cooking, and cut off the head of the mushroom cap (closed end), and also remove the flower part of the bamboo fungus (the net-like part, the flower is the place where bamboo fungus flavor is more concentrated), and only keep the stem part, or else it will have a strange taste.
