Steps
1. Chop ginger and white onion, cut green onion leaves into pieces, and cut red pepper into pieces.
2. Wash the grass carp pieces and marinate with white wine, salt and pepper powder for 10 minutes.
3. Soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar into flavor sauce.
