Homemade salad dressing
Materials:
Raw egg yolk 1-2
50 grams of fine sugar
Salad oil or peanut oil (olive oil is the best) 100g.
50 grams of white vinegar
A little salt
Exercise:
1. Take a round-bottomed container and put the egg yolk and fine sugar in the container.
2. Beat the egg yolk and fine sugar until the color turns white and the volume expands, and then add salad oil of about110 until the texture is smooth.
Add110 salad oil in three times and stir well.
3. When salad oil and egg yolk are completely blended, you can add a little white vinegar, and the texture will become thinner.
4. If too much white vinegar is added at one time during the stirring process, the concentration of salad dressing will be too thin. At this time, add 1 egg yolk to make it up.
5. Add salad oil and white vinegar in this way, and stir until the materials are exhausted, thus completing the thick salad dressing.
I feel that the above method will be very oily. A friend told me that there is another method, the material is the same, the steps are slightly different and the taste is good:
First, slowly pour the oil into the egg yolk and stir it in one direction until it is completely blended. This is salad oil.
Then heat two bags of milk, add flour, sugar and vinegar, and mix with the salad oil to get salad dressing. If you use yogurt instead of milk, you don't need to put flour.
