Chicken wing root

How to roast chicken wing root (oven version)?
Wash the chicken wings and cut them twice with a knife. Slice ginger and mince garlic.
Add cooking wine, soy sauce (more), ginger, garlic, pepper, a little vinegar and cornflour to the chicken wings, mix well and refrigerate and pickle (I usually spend one night).
Preheat the oven 180℃, put oil paper on the baking tray, brush a little oil, put the wing roots, and then brush the oil.
Bake in the oven for 180-200 degrees 10 minute. Take it out and brush it with a layer of honey (I sprinkle a little sugar on it when my honey runs out …), or you can brush a little of the leftover sauce or pour it on oiled paper, so that you can pour it on it after the exam. Bake at 230 degrees for 3 or 4 minutes.
