1. Prepare ingredients: pork, onion, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chicken essence, salt, edible oil, yeast and sugar.

2. Step:

(1) Wash pork and chop it into minced meat. Wash onion and ginger, peel and cut into powder for later use.

1. Prepare ingredients: dumpling skin, potatoes, peppers, carrots, onions, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and white vinegar.

2. Step:

(1) potatoes and carrots are peeled, washed and shredded, onions are cut into rings, and garlic is peeled and chopped for later use.

(2) Blanch potatoes, peppers and carrots, add chopped green onion and garlic, pour in hot oil, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, appropriate amount of salt and a little white vinegar, and stir well for later use.

(3) Grease the dumpling skin, put another layer of dumpling skin, stack it together, roll it thin with a rolling pin and put it on a plate.

(4) Boil the water in the pot, put it in the pot, steam it for 10 minute, take it out, and tear the dumpling skin after warming.

(5) Take a pancake, roll it up with a proper amount of shredded potatoes, brush a thin layer of oil in the pan, and add the shredded potato cake and fry it slowly until both sides are golden. Fourth, fried dumplings with red dates and glutinous rice

1. Prepare ingredients: dumpling skin, glutinous rice, red dates, raisins, medlar and brown sugar.

2. Step:

(1) Soak the glutinous rice for four hours in advance, wash the red dates and remove the core, and wash the raisins for later use.

(2) Put the soaked glutinous rice into a rice cooker, add red dates, raisins, medlar, brown sugar and appropriate amount of water, and press the button to steam it into brown sugar glutinous rice.

Five, chicken breast roast steamed stuffed bun

1. Prepare ingredients: chicken breast, onion, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, lotus root powder, starch, salt, cooking oil, eggs and sesame seeds.

2. Step:

(1) Wash the chicken breast and cut it into small pieces. Dice the onion for later use.

(2) Pickling meat stuffing: put chicken breast into a bowl, add onion, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons Orlean powder and a little starch, and stir and marinate for 20 minutes.

(3) Put the starch into a bowl, pour in water, stir well, knead it into dough, cover it with plastic wrap for 20 minutes, and then divide it into 6 parts.

Tip: when filling, the bottom should be thinner, so that the pan will not be so thick. Crispy and delicious!
