2. Simple table pickles
Raw materials:
1 Chinese cabbage, 1 carrot, 3 red peppers, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 cup of white sugar, 1 cup of white vinegar, about 100g of salt, 300ml of water.
Exercise:
1. Pour water and sugar into the pot and boil until the sugar melts. Turn off the fire, add white vinegar and 1/4 teaspoons of salt, mix well and let cool.
