The method of making frozen beans is the same as fresh beans:
Material preparation: beans, water, steamer, spoon, small bag, refrigerator, etc.
1. Remove the tendons from the beans, pinch off the heads and tails, and wash them.
2. Boil the water in a large steamer, add the beans and blanch them for 3 minutes.
3. Use a spoon to turn over the beans so that they are heated evenly and the beans turn green.
4. Immediately put it into cold water after taking it out to cool it down.
5. Then remove the water and place it in a cool place to dry. Put the dried beans into small sealed bags and put them in the freezer of the refrigerator. These are the beans that have been frozen the next day.
