Seasoning: chopped green onion, salt, chicken essence, olive oil and a little pepper.
Exercise:
1. Dice the sausage, wash the green beans, beat the eggs into a paste, add a little salt and chicken essence, and a little pepper to remove the fishy smell.
2. Pour a little olive oil into the pot, heat it over medium heat, and pour in the egg paste. The fire can be turned down properly. The eggs are slightly solidified, stir-fry constantly and cut into pieces with a spatula. When they are completely solidified, they can be eaten.
3. Wash the pan, then pour in a little olive oil, heat (medium heat), pour in diced sausage and green beans, add salt, chicken essence and chopped green onion, stir-fry until cooked, and wash the pan.
4. Pour in olive oil. When the oil heats up, loosen the rice with a rice spoon, pour it into the oil pan and shovel it while stirring.
5. Stir-fry scrambled eggs, sausages and green beans together, mix well with rice, sprinkle a little pepper, sprinkle chopped green onion and stir-fry twice.
