Three highs: hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes, which are called the three killers; Because these three highs are not controlled, they will increase the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; At the same time, these three highs have shown a high trend in recent years, which are closely related to the change of our modern lifestyle.
For patients with "three highs", people are most concerned about diet. Among them, there are two common misunderstandings: what can reduce "three highs" or what can't be eaten?
Many friends eat what vegetables, fruits and health products can directly reduce the three highs, but there is no such food at present. The control of "three highs" depends on a comprehensive healthy lifestyle and necessary drugs; There are still many friends who ask what the three highs can't eat. Will it aggravate the three highs after eating?
In fact, for hypertension and hyperlipidemia, there is no absolutely inedible food, as long as we grasp the principle of low salt and low oil; However, for diabetics, diet is particularly important, because sometimes our blood sugar will rise when we eat more rice or food we shouldn't eat, so the diet of diabetics is the most critical.
There are about 11 million diabetics in China, and about 1/3 adults are in pre-diabetes, which is really a big country with diabetes!
Diabetes is the chief culprit of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, among which diet control is the most important thing to control diabetes, which can help us effectively control blood sugar and prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. If you don't strictly control your diet, your blood sugar will not be well controlled. If you don't control your diet, it is really possible for those diabetic reserve troops to turn positive into diabetes.
Our doctor will give every diabetic friend such dietary guidance for your reference:
1. Staple food: 25g ~ 3g (not less than 15g). The staple food for each meal is a steamed bun or a small bowl of rice, so you can't have a full and hungry meal, so your blood sugar will fluctuate greatly;
2. Meat: 1g ~ 15g of lean meat is acceptable, but chicken, duck and fish skin can't be eaten. One egg is about 5g, which can be converted simply.
3. Oils: 2g ~ 3g, one tablespoon per person per day. Vegetable oil is better than olive oil.
4. Fruits: 2g ~ 3g, eaten between meals at about 1am, 3pm or 4pm;
5. Vegetables: All green vegetables can be used, with relatively unlimited quantity. If you still feel hungry after eating the above-mentioned quantitative meals, you can supplement vegetables;
6. Milk: 25g milk, a bag or bottle of milk, or soybean milk: 25g. The intake of patients with poor kidneys and protein in urine should be reduced;
7. Salt: 5g, common beer lid, about 6g for one lid;
8. water: 15ml~2ml.
This is a reference for daily diet, and it needs to be formulated in detail according to each person's specific weight, appetite and blood sugar level.
Recommend a reference index, GI value, generally speaking: GI value < 55: low GI food; 55≤GI value ≤7: medium GI food; GI value > 7: high GI food.
The higher the GI value, the greater the influence on blood sugar. Try to choose foods with low values.
1. Porridge: rice porridge, eight-treasure porridge, etc. Pasta: noodle soup, wonton, steamed stuffed bun, jiaozi, instant noodles, etc.
2. Fried food: fried dough sticks, oil cakes, twisted dough twists, snacks, etc.
3. Soups: chicken soup, beef soup, sparerib soup, soup, etc.
4. Vegetables: beans, edamame, peas, broad beans, potatoes, yams, lotus roots, etc. Although these are also vegetables, they contain too much starch.
Simple processing, especially when cooking, put less oil, salt and sugar, taste lighter, slow down the speed of eating, and pay attention to the order of eating: drink clear soup first, then eat vegetables, and eat staple food and meat slowly.
1. Simply controlling the intake of staple food is equal to controlling diet. Diabetes should not only control staple food, but almost all of them except green vegetables.
2. The less you eat, the more favorable it is for disease control, and the blood sugar will fluctuate less when you eat. Eating too little will also cause hypoglycemia.
3. There is no need to control the intake of salty food or special food for diabetes with sweetener, and many foods will be converted into sugar in the body;
4. If you eat more food, you can make your blood sugar normal by increasing the dosage of oral hypoglycemic agents. There is no way to help us reduce blood sugar by hypoglycemic agents or insulin. We can't increase the dosage of drugs and eat regularly and quantitatively for the sake of eating more food, which is the best policy.
5. If the diet control is very strict, it doesn't matter to eat snacks, and snacks will also raise blood sugar;
In a word, diabetes is the most serious risk factor of all cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and even to some extent, we regard diabetes as a cardiovascular disease.
Among all cardiovascular risk scores, only diabetes is an independent risk factor, and as long as diabetes coexists, it is extremely high risk!
Healthy diet is very important for the control and prevention of diabetes, so please pay attention to it!
Healthy eating is not only limited to diabetic friends, but also a reference for every healthy person, because prevention is greater than cure!
