26. Small volume non-retention enema
(1) Enema solution? 30ml of 50% magnesium sulfate, 60ml of glycerin, 90ml of warm water; the solution temperature is 38℃
< p> (2) Insert 7~10cm. Instruct them to retain as much liquid as possible for 10 to 20 minutes before defecating.(3) The depth of intubation should be 7 to 10cm, the pressure should be low, and the speed of injecting the enema solution should not be too fast
27. Retention enema
(1 ) Enema solution? The volume of enema solution shall not exceed 200ml. Solution temperature 38℃
(2) Chronic bacillary dysentery, the lesions are mostly in the rectum or sigmoid colon, take the left lateral decubitus position. Amoebic dysentery is more likely to occur in the ileocecal part, so take the right lateral decubitus position
(3) Insert 15 to 20cm into the anus; retain the solution for more than 1 hour
28. Anal discharge Gas
(1) The patient's abdomen is distended, often accompanied by uncomfortable symptoms such as abdominal distension and abdominal pain.
(2) Insert 15-18cm into the rectum; keep the anal canal for no more than 20 minutes
