Carp Meatballs
Main ingredients: carp meat 100 grams, 10 grams of sliced ham, 5 grams of minced ham, 15 grams of sliced shiitake mushrooms.
Seasoning: rice wine, refined salt, broth, monosodium glutamate, cooked chicken oil, minced green onion, minced ginger, each appropriate amount.
How to make carp meatballs
1. Remove the bones from the fish, chop it into puree, add chopped ham, chopped green onion, chopped ginger and rice wine, and mix it into fish mushrooms.
