Indications
1. Used for constipation, abnormal fermentation in the intestines, and can also be used in conjunction with anthelmintics; combined with activated charcoal, it can be used to treat food or drug poisoning. 2.For obstructive jaundice and chronic cholecystitis. 3. For convulsions, eclampsia, uremia, tetanus, hypertensive encephalopathy and acute renal hypertensive crisis. 4. It is also used in patients with angina pectoris who have frequent attacks and the effect of other treatments is not good, and it is more effective in patients with hypertension. 5. Apply hot compress externally to reduce inflammation and swelling.
Dosage
1. Diarrhea: each oral 5-20g, usually early in the morning on an empty stomach, while drinking 100-400ml of water, can also be dissolved in water and taken. 2. Cholagogue: 2-5g each time, 3 times a day, before meals or between meals. Can also take 33% solution, 10ml each time. 3. anticonvulsant, blood pressure, etc.: intramuscular injection of 25% solution, 4 ~ 10ml each time; or 25% solution 10ml with 5% ~ 10% glucose injection diluted into 1% or 5% concentration after static drip; treatment of angina pectoris can be 10% solution 10ml with 5% ~ 10% glucose injection 10ml diluted with a slow static injection once a day, for 10 days. 10 days.
Precautions
1. When diarrhea is induced, if a large amount of solution with too high concentration is taken, a large amount of water may be absorbed from the tissues and lead to dehydration. 2. Because intravenous injection is more dangerous, it should be used by experienced physicians, injected slowly, and pay attention to the patient's breathing and blood pressure. In case of poisoning (e.g. respiratory muscle paralysis, etc.), 10% calcium gluconate injection 10 ml of static injection can be used for rescue. 3. Intestinal bleeding patients, patients with acute abdomen, pregnant women, menstruating women are prohibited to use this product for diarrhea. 4.
