The first kind, vegetables. My baby likes to eat vegetables, which is something I am thankful for. As far as I know, many precious mothers around me are complaining that their children don't like to eat vegetables. In order to let their children eat vegetables, they can be said to have racked their brains. I can't say that my baby likes to eat all vegetables, but at least she eats them. For example, Chinese cabbage, Chinese cabbage, oily wheat, lettuce, broccoli, potatoes and beans. These are all vegetables that I usually make for my baby.
The second kind, fruits. For example, strawberries, oranges, oranges, bananas, avocados, apples and grapefruit.
The third kind, meat. So far, I only give my baby pork, fish, shrimp and chicken. The amount of beef involved is very small, because I personally think that the baby's stomach is not fully developed, and beef is not easy to digest, so only a small amount is given. The practice is relatively complicated, not just stew or sauce. I need to put the beef in the cooking machine to make meat stuffing, add a little salt and soy sauce for seasoning, and pay attention to less salt and soy sauce. The baby's kidney is also not fully developed and cannot have too much burden. Make it into patties, fry it in a pan, and make it look like steak. It is easier for the baby to digest, but the amount must be small.
Fourth, snacks. This involves a wide range. However, it is still based on baby-specific snacks, and other snacks should not be given to children for the time being. First of all, there are too many preservatives, a lot of salt, and some unscrupulous merchants add some reagents that do not meet the national regulations to the food, which has caused great harm to the growth and development of our children.
Remind parents that snacks are loved by every child, and we can't kill the children's eager eyes because of its lack of nutrition. Every child has the right to have a wonderful childhood, even if it is a cheap lollipop, they will show an innocent smile when they hold it in their hands.
We can give our children some snacks of one kind or another, as long as they are not excessive.
