Accessories: 2 cloves of garlic oil and salt.
method of work
1. Preparation materials: cabbage (only half used) is cleaned, shredded and drained, the bottom of tomato is scratched with 2 knives, then scalded in water for a while, peeled and sliced, and garlic is patted flat;
2. Hot oil pan, saute garlic, put cabbage and stir-fry until soft;
3. Scoop the cabbage aside and stir-fry the tomatoes a few times;
4. Stir-fry tomato and cabbage (my tomato is too small to feel enough, so I added some ketchup), stir-fry until all the ingredients are soft and cooked, and season with salt.
