1. Raw materials: 15 dried oysters, 25 oyster mushrooms, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of sesame oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of ginger, 1 dried shallot, appropriate amount of garlic, and appropriate amount of sugar.
