1. Ingredients: salted Spanish mackerel.
2. Accessories: cooking wine, soy sauce, onion, ginger and red pepper (missed).
3. Chop the salted fish into pieces and soak it in clear water for 2 hours.
4. Chop the onion and ginger for later use.
5. Wash the soaked fish pieces and add cooking wine, soy sauce, onion and ginger. Mix it well.
