On the second day, eating corn all day (one for each meal) can replace purple potatoes, pumpkins and potatoes.
On the third day, you can eat cherries, apples, strawberries, kiwis and pitaya on Fruit Day.
On the fourth day, eating eggs (0/-2 eggs per meal/kloc-0) can replace boiled shrimp, beef and fish.
On the fifth day, you can eat broccoli, lettuce and cabbage on vegetable day (eat enough green vegetables for one day).
