[How to make cold lettuce]
200g lettuce; 2-3 cloves of garlic;
40g sesame paste; 15g brown sugar; 10ml light soy sauce; 1g salt ; Warm water 40ml-50ml; vinegar 10ml; sesame oil 10ml; appropriate amount of white sesame seeds;

Method and steps
1 Wash the lettuce and cut into finger-long sections; mince the garlic;
