One is the black Japanese material of Maoming North Road. 180 or so. First, light soy sauce Lamian Noodles, Bodo dolphin bone soup Lamian Noodles, ming prince fried potato shreds (let the boss put less salt)
The most visited store recently, the husband and wife worked in Japan in their early years, and now they have returned to China and started to open this store with a waiter. The signboard is Lamian Noodles, and it is next to the famous Litong noodle restaurant.
Personally, I think the Lamian Noodles in this store is much better than Litong. Compared with Litong, Litong's noodles are more like alkaline water, and the noodles are thicker and harder. There are many kinds of soup bases to choose from. If you like light, you can choose light soy sauce chicken soup noodles, and if you like thick, you can choose Bodo pork bone soup noodles. Ingredients, barbecued pork, dried bamboo shoots and boiled eggs are all in place.
There is also a flower dance in Zhaohua Road, Changning District, with 208 people. What should be recommended is the sashimi of saury specially provided every autumn.
Saury sashimi, you can have a strong and rich "sea" taste after eating, which is different from fishy. It has a long aftertaste in the mouth with wasabi, ginger and onion. I have tried several saury sashimi in Shanghai, and the cost performance here is quite high (personally, it is better than Maekawa and Xidunai).
Steamed eggs here are also recommended. I feel that the egg liquid is prepared with kelp soup. You can also have an oyster pot in winter, using Qingdao oysters. You can choose Udon or Paofan after washing the oysters. I don't recommend it very much, but it feels so-so, and it is said that udon noodles are very good. I will try it next time.
