Ingredients:
Imitation chicken leg? - 1 piece
Peeled chili pepper? - 10 pieces
Peeled chili pepper soup? - half Bottle
Ginger slices? - 5 slices
Onion slices? - about 2 stalks
Water - 1500cc

Method:
1. Cut the chicken into pieces and wash (need to remove the blood from the chicken bones) wash off).
2. Boil a pot of boiling water first, add sliced ??ginger and green onions and cook for about 3 minutes. Then add the chicken pieces from Step 1 and blanch them. Remove, rinse, and drain well for later use.

Cooking Tips:
After cutting the chicken into pieces, it needs to be blanched to remove the blood, and then blanched.
After the water boils, add the peeled pepper soup first. If you want to have a crispy taste, you can add the peeled pepper 5 minutes before cooking.
