Mix minced meat: Put minced meat, shallots, Jiang Mo and eggs into a large bowl. Add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of black pepper, a spoonful of chicken essence, a spoonful of oil consumption, proper soy sauce, a little soy sauce and proper sesame oil. Mixing in one direction will be suitable for making wonton stew. This filling can be used to make steamed buns and dumplings.
