Performance

If you have no special requirements for homemade coffee, this Coffee machines can meet daily needs. It’s just that the process of making milk froth is not satisfactory. I don’t know whether it’s the machine’s insufficient power or my own limited skills. It’s quite difficult to make latte art with this machine.

In terms of use, semi-automatic coffee machines are easy to operate, more convenient than manual brewing, and more engaging than fully automatic. The one-touch operation of pressing coffee and switching between frothing milk, but the waiting time for preheating is a little longer, maybe because the overall power is too low.

After-sales service

After using the coffee machine for nearly two months, I found that the coffee button was loose and lost functionality. I had no choice but to contact after-sales service. The merchant provided a local after-sales maintenance service provider, but the quality of its service can be said to be extremely poor. It is hard to imagine that there are still such small shops that sell small household appliances and also provide after-sales maintenance services for brands. When the boss saw that the product was still within the warranty period, he looked desperate and didn't bother to say anything. He wrote a small ticket and waited for notification. A key was loosened, and I had already waited from 19 to 20 years. Asking in the Tmall store is also a way to shirk responsibility. This kind of after-sales service matches its selling price. After such an experience, I will not comment on whether it is worth it. I will definitely not buy its products in the future. I would rather choose an imported brand worth a thousand yuan.
