Accessories: pepper (red, sharp) 10g, pepper (green, sharp) 10g.
Seasoning: 5g of ginger, 5g of onion, 3g of coriander, 8g of soy sauce, 3g of soy sauce, and 0/5g of salad oil/kloc-.
Exercise 1
1. Wash the lettuce and cut it into 5 cm long sections;
2. Shred onion, ginger, red pepper and green pepper respectively for later use;
3. Put oil in the pot, saute shredded ginger and onion, and stir-fry oil wheat vegetables;
4. Cook seafood soy sauce and light soy sauce for seasoning;
5. Then add shredded red pepper and shredded green pepper, stir-fry, and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
Exercise 2
Step 1
Wash the lettuce, cut into sections (it is recommended to break it by hand, which is my favorite), and mash the garlic.
Second step
Pour the oil on the pot surface and add garlic, which is very hot and fragrant. (The surface of the pan should be dry to prevent oil explosion.)
Third step
When the garlic changes color slightly, add wheat and vegetables, turn over quickly, and add salt after the leaves shrink.
Fourth step
Turn the heat down and turn over until the salt is even, then take the pot to eat.
