Lily red bean porridge
Ingredients:
Red beans, rice, rock sugar, lily, water each moderate.
Practice:
1, red beans washed and soaked for 10 hours (the first night soak). Lily with warm water to soak and swell.

Yam and red bean porridge
Instruments:

Practice:

5, rock sugar into the porridge, mix well, and then simmer for 10 minutes, can be served.
Peanuts, purple rice and red bean congee
Instruments:
Peanuts, purple rice, red beans, yam, each appropriate amount.
Practice:
1, peanuts, purple rice, red beans soaked half a day in advance; yam peeled, cut into pieces.

3, and so the beans and yam are cooked almost, and stir a few times in the middle, so you can make the soup more messy; I like to thicken a little bit, usually cook forty minutes it. Like sweet flavor can add some brown sugar.
