I added some mozzarella cheese on top of the tart crust banana pastry

After it's all loaded up, place in baking tray and into the oven Bake. Top and bottom heat 180°C, bake for 20 minutes

The tart crust banana crisp is ready. The flavor is really great. It's so crispy and crumbly
