When internal inspection and external inspection are carried out in the same year, internal inspection should be carried out first, and then external inspection should be carried out. ; The period of internal inspection and water pressure test of power generation boiler in power system can be appropriately adjusted according to the overhaul period of power plant. ; For boilers that cannot be inspected internally, a water pressure test should be conducted every three years.
2. Article 150 of the Safety and Technical Supervision Regulations for Hot Water Boilers: In-service boilers shall be inspected once every two years, internal and external inspections shall be conducted once every two years according to the Regular Inspection Rules for in-service boilers, and water pressure tests shall be conducted once every six years. In addition to regular inspection, the boiler shall be inspected internally and externally under any of the following circumstances: (1) When the boiler is moved or stopped for more than one year and needs to be put into operation or resumed operation; (2) After overhaul or reconstruction of the pressure parts (hydrostatic test should also be carried out) (3) After a major accident; (4) According to the operation of the boiler, when in doubt about the equipment status, make necessary inspection.
lift
3. "Elevator Management and Maintenance Rules" Article 12 The elevators in use shall be inspected regularly every year. The user shall, in accordance with the requirements of safety technical specifications, submit a periodic inspection application to the special equipment inspection and testing institution before the expiration of the inspection validity period specified in the "Safety Inspection Qualified" sign 1 month. Elevators that have not been inspected regularly or fail to pass the inspection shall not continue to be used.
Hoisting machinery
4. Article 5 of the Rules for Periodic Inspection of Hoisting Machinery The periodic inspection period of hoisting machinery in use is as follows:
(1) Tower cranes, elevators and truck cranes/kloc-0 times per year;
(2) Light and small lifting equipment: bridge crane, portal crane, portal crane, cable crane, mast crane, railway crane, arm crane and mechanical parking equipment are stopped every two years 1 time, among which the crane lifting molten metal and molten iron is 1 time every year.
The rated load test, static load test and dynamic load test items in the performance test must be carried out during the first inspection and the first periodic inspection; For the rated load test items, it shall be conducted every 1 inspection cycle 1 time.
In the inspection process, the inspection organization can appropriately shorten the periodic inspection period for the hoisting machinery with serious hidden dangers (such as special working environment and frequent accidents). Approved by the provincial quality and technical supervision department, but the shortest period is not less than 6 months.
(RevisionNo. 1) 1. Item (1) of Paragraph 1 of Article 5 is amended as: "Tower cranes, elevators and truck cranes are used every year 1 time, of which the tire container gantry crane is used every two years 1 time;"
The second paragraph is amended as: "The rated load test, static load test and dynamic load test in the performance test must be carried out at the first inspection."
The third paragraph is amended as: "In the process of inspection, with the consent of the provincial quality and technical supervision department, the inspection institution may appropriately shorten the periodic inspection period of hoisting machinery in special working environment, but the shortest period shall not be less than 6 months."
Finally, the third paragraph is added: "Note 1: The date of periodic inspection is calculated based on the qualified date of major maintenance supervision inspection, the date of first inspection and re-inspection after stopping use, and so on (the date of next periodic inspection will not be changed due to re-inspection, rectification of unqualified products or overdue inspection in this cycle)."
pressure vessel
5. "Rules for Periodic Inspection of Pressure Vessels" Article 5 Generally, pressure vessels shall be inspected regularly for the first time within 3 years after being put into use. The next inspection cycle shall be determined by the inspection organization according to the safety level of pressure vessels and the following requirements:
(a) the security level is 1 and 2, generally once every six years;
(two) the security level is 3, generally once every 3 to 6 years;
(3) If the safety status is level 4, it shall be monitored and used, and the detection period shall be determined by the testing organization, and the cumulative monitoring time shall not exceed 3 years. During the monitoring and use period, users shall formulate effective monitoring measures;
4) If the safety level is level 5, the defects shall be dealt with, otherwise it shall not be used continuously;
(5) The safety level of pressure vessels shall be evaluated according to Chapter IV of these Rules. If it meets the requirements, the inspection period can be shortened or extended appropriately;
(6) For pressure vessels adopting risk-based inspection (RBI) technology, the inspection period shall be determined according to the requirements of 7.8.3 of Safety Technology Supervision Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels.
Article 6 The periodic inspection period of pressure vessels under any of the following circumstances may be appropriately shortened:
(1) The corrosion of medium to pressure vessel materials is unknown or abnormal;
(two) the surface quality of the material is poor or there are defects inside;
(three) the use of harsh conditions or stress corrosion found in use;
(4) Changing the medium used and possibly worsening the corrosion phenomenon;
(5) The medium is liquefied petroleum gas with stress corrosion;
(six) the use of units in accordance with the provisions of the annual inspection;
(seven) there are doubts about other factors affecting safety during the inspection.
The periodic inspection period of vacuum insulated pressure vessels can also be shortened appropriately.
The "ammonium sulfite method" steam ball without anticorrosion measures should be inspected regularly at least once a year as needed.
Low alloy steel spherical storage tanks with lower limit of standard tensile strength greater than or equal to 540MPa should be inspected after being put into use for one year.
Article 7 The periodic inspection period may be appropriately extended for pressure vessels with safety status of 1 and 2 that meet one of the following conditions:
(1) PTFE lining is intact, and its inspection period can be extended to 9 years at the longest;
(2) If the corrosion rate of the medium to the material is less than 0. 1mm/ year (measured data), there is a reliable corrosion-resistant metal lining (composite steel plate) or thermal spraying metal (aluminum powder or stainless steel powder) coating, and it is confirmed by 1 ~ 2 regular inspections that the corrosion is slight or the lining is intact, and the longest inspection period can be extended to 12 years.
The inspection cycle of reaction kettle with catalyst and large pressure vessel with filler shall be determined by users, design units and inspection institutions through consultation according to the design documents and actual use, and reported to the quality and technical supervision department (hereinafter referred to as the use registration authority) for the record.
Gas canister
