Tools/materials: chicken wishbone, eggs, flour, soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger.
Clean the wishbone first, and then marinate it with proper amount of salt, ginger, soy sauce and cooking wine for more than ten minutes.
Put a proper amount of flour into a bowl, then add water and stir it into a paste, then beat 2 eggs and stir it evenly, then put a proper amount of dry flour into the bowl, then put the marinated chicken fork into the egg paste and stick it to the egg paste, and then put it into the dry flour and stick it to the flour.
