The difference between kohlrabi and squash is:
1. Different types. Mustard is an annual mustard plant of the Brassica family and kohlrabi is a biennial kale plant of the Brassica family.
2. Different shapes. The overall height of the squash is about 100 cm, small, irregular skin, the color is mostly white, yellow and green. Big head cabbage overall height of about 50 centimeters, a large head, smooth skin, mostly white, green, purple color.
3. Different leaves. Squash leaves are about 15cm long, with a small number of burrs, obovate, with a jagged edge; datura's leaves are about 30cm long, with white powder on the surface. They are oval in shape with a distinctly jagged edge.
4. Different flavors. Mustard is slightly bitter and spicy, with firm and plump flesh and little moisture; but datura has an overall sweet flavor, with tender, crunchy and thin flesh and more moisture, making it easier to chew. These are the main differences between mustard lumpia and dashi. I hope it can help you to distinguish them.
