Second, Wuliangye
Three thousand years in the world, five grains become jade liquid. Wuliangye liquor is a typical representative of Luzhou-flavor Daqu liquor. It is made from five kinds of high-quality grains, namely sorghum, glutinous rice, rice, wheat and corn, by adopting traditional techniques. It has a unique style of "long aroma, mellow taste, sweet entrance, clean throat, harmonious tastes and just right", and is an outstanding boutique in today's wine products. Wuliangye liquor has won the gold medal of "National Famous Liquor" in successive years, and was named "Top Ten Famous Trademarks" in China in 1991. After 19 15 won the Panama Prize for 80 years, 1995 won the only gold medal for alcohol in Panama International Trade Fair. So far, Wuliangye Liquor has won 32 international gold medals.
Third, xifeng liquor
Xifeng liquor is produced in Xifeng Winery, Liulin Town, Fengxiang County, Shaanxi Province. Xifeng liquor belongs to other fragrance types (phoenix type). It has been rated as a national famous wine for four times.
Fourth, Shuanggou Daqu
Produced in Shuanggou Town, Sihong County, Jiangsu Province. 1984 After the fourth national wine tasting, this wine was rated as a national famous wine twice in succession with its typical Luzhou-flavor style of "clear and transparent color, rich aroma, harmonious flavor and clean tail".
V Yanghe Daqu
Yanghe Daqu is produced by Yanghe Distillery in Siyang County, Jiangsu Province. It was once listed as one of the eight famous wines in China and has a history of more than 300 years. "Sweet, soft, soft, clean and fragrant" is the characteristic of Yanghe Daqu. The main varieties of Yanghe Daqu are Yanghe Daqu (55 degrees), low-degree Yanghe Daqu (38 degrees), Yanghe Dunhuang Daqu and Yanghe Dunhuang Puqu.
Vi. Gujing Distillery
This wine is produced in Gujing Distillery, Bo County, Anhui Province. At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Wang Wei Cao Cao presented the "Nine-Brewing Spring Wine Method" handed down by the late county magistrate to Emperor Xian of Han Dynasty. According to local historical records, the water used for brewing in this area came from an ancient well left in the Northern and Southern Dynasties. During the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, the local wine contributed to the emperor, hence the reputation of "Gujing Tribute". Gujing Distillery belongs to Luzhou-flavor liquor, which has the characteristics of "clear color like crystal, pure fragrance like orchid, sweet and mellow entrance and lasting aftertaste".
Seven, Jian Nanchun
Produced in Mianzhu County, Sichuan Province. Its predecessor should be pushing the famous wine sword in the Tang Dynasty to burn spring in the south. In the later period of Tang Xianzong, Li Zhao listed the burning spring of Jiannan among the thirteen famous wines in the world at that time in the Supplement to the History of Tang Dynasty. Today, the winery was built in April of 195 1. After the appearance of Jiannanchun wine, its quality has been continuously improved. In the third national wine tasting in 1979, it was rated as a national famous wine for the first time.
Eight, Luzhou Laojiao Tequ liquor
Luzhou Laojiao Tequ was identified as a typical representative of Luzhou-flavor liquor by the state in 1952. On 1996, LU ZHOU LAO JIAO CO.,LTD cellar was identified by the State Council as the only national key protected cultural relic in Chinese liquor industry, and it was praised as "national treasure cellar". LU ZHOU LAO JIAO CO.,LTD Guobao Liquor is carefully brewed by Guobao Pit and is the best Luzhou-flavor liquor at present.
Nine, Fenjiu
19 15 won the first-class gold medal of Panama World Expo, and was rated as a national famous wine for five consecutive years. It is a typical representative of Fen-flavor liquor in China and is famous for its unique style of fragrance and purity. The typical style of its wine is soft in mouth, sweet in mouth and fragrant after drinking. Moderate drinking can drive away cold, eliminate stagnation and promote blood circulation. Alcohol 38 degrees, 48 degrees, 53 degrees. Registered trademarks: Xinghua Village, Gujing Pavilion, Great Wall, Fenzi Plate.
X. Dongjiu
Dongjiu was produced in Dong Distillery, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. From 1929 to 1930, Donggong Temple cellar wine was brewed by Cheng's brewing workshop, and 1942 was named "Dongjiu". Zunyi Dong Winery was established in 1957, and was rated as the first national famous wine in 1963. After 1979, it was rated as the national famous wine. The flavor of Dong wine is different from Luzhou-flavor and Maotai-flavor, but belongs to other flavor types. The production method of this wine is unique, which combines the production techniques of Daqu liquor and Xiaoqu liquor.
