Is it okay to sell by weight in bulk? There is a small shop called Chengdu flavor in the northwest corner under Bayi overpass. I just went there and bought couple's lung slices (20/ kg) and saliva chicken (15), which are quite delicious. There is a long queue every day. We mainly buy husband and wife lung slices, spicy kelp and chicken feet with pickled peppers. I didn't pay attention to the price.
