Stir-fried powder, also called fried fruit strips locally, is shown in the figure:
The raw materials of vermicelli in different places will be different. The main raw material of Chaoshan vermicelli (Chaozhou dialect "kway teow") is rice flour.
Fried fruit strips actually have many flavors, and the things added may be different. My personal favorite is beef, cabbage, fried fruit strips and Gaza tea. It may not be practical to make your own fruit bars. . Because it is more troublesome to make that pulp, and it is more difficult to grind it.
The following information comes from Baidu Encyclopedia.
Kway teow is a special product in Minnan dialect area and another version of rice noodles.
Minnan people, Chaoshan people and Shanwei people, all foods made of rice flour, flour and potato flour are called "pots". This is like radish cake. Chaoshan people call it "vegetable head pot" (vegetable head is another name for Minnan radish), rice cake is called "sweet pot", bread is called "noodle pot" and muffin is called "Guo Song". Steaming rice noodles into thin slices and cutting them into strips is called "kway teow", so the so-called "kway teow" in Chaoshan dialect is actually a cake called elsewhere, but its scope is not simply "cake".
