In addition to the pain in the metatarsophalangeal joints, corresponding pain can occur in the patient's ankles or the dorsum of the foot.
The pain is usually cutting or tearing, and peaks within a few hours.
Two, foot skin abnormalities
There are many patients in the pain phenomenon, the pain site will be accompanied by skin abnormalities.
There are also some patients in pain for a period of time before the skin abnormalities. For example, the skin at the metatarsophalangeal joint area may feel hot.
