There are two ways to eat warship rolls: one is to drop soy sauce on warship rolls; One is to let the chef spread soy sauce on sushi with a brush. Never dip in soy sauce directly or use vinegar ginger instead of brush. Will be considered impolite.
4. Sushi: Also known as box sushi or box sushi, it is the mainstream in Kansai, Japan. As the name implies, it is made of boxes, sushi is square, and its appearance is very regular.
The method is to spread the ingredients on the bottom of the locker first, then put the rice on it, or stack other ingredients layer by layer, press the lid down slightly, and finally cut it into bite-sized squares with a knife.
